1Who processes your data

The data controller is Adam Korytina, company ID 19405162, registered at Rašínovo nábřeží 407/36, Nové Město, 128 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, trading as OFFTOPIC studio. For anything concerning personal data, reach us at hello@offtopic.studio.

2What we collect

We only process what you send us through the contact form:

• —name and surname (required)
• —email address (required)
• —company name and website (optional)
• —the text of your message

3Technical data

Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) automatically logs the data needed to run and secure the site, notably IP address and browser type. When you submit the form, your IP address is passed to Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells humans apart from automated bots. We do not link this data to your identity and we do not use it for profiling.

4Why, and on what basis

We use the form data solely to reply to you and, where it goes that way, to agree on working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse and spam.

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not send newsletters unless you ask for one, and we do not sell it to anyone.

5Who we share it with

Beyond the processors below, nobody else has access to your data:

• —Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) — delivering your form message to our inbox
• —Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) — website hosting and bot protection

6How long we keep it

Form messages stay in our inbox for as long as we are in touch, and for at most 3 years afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up. After that we delete them. If you would like them deleted sooner, just say so.

7Cookies

This site uses no analytics, marketing or profiling cookies. There is no Google Analytics or any other measurement tool, no advertising pixels, and we self-host our fonts — so a normal visit loads nothing from third-party domains.

The only cookies that may appear are set by Cloudflare and are strictly necessary to run and secure the site, chiefly to protect the form against bots. They are not used to track visitors and, being strictly necessary, they do not require consent. That is why you will not find a cookie banner here.

8Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of them, email hello@offtopic.studio and we will get back to you.

If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you may contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

9Changes to this policy

If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and change the last-updated date shown above.
